What to include
The tool you used, your browser and version, and what the document looked like — page count, whether it was scanned, whether it was password-protected.
Before you write in
Most failures come down to three causes covered on the FAQ page: the PDF is password-protected, it's a dynamic XFA form, or the document is large enough to exhaust the browser tab's memory. Those are worth ruling out first.
